Bits and Tits!

Today the Bitcoion is worth approx $ 600 which is
quite a bit of money for most of us.

And one tenth (0.1)of a Btc is worth $ 60 (sixty dollars).
A one hundredth (0.01) of a Btc is worth $ 6 (six dollars).
A onethousandth's (0.001) part of a Btc is now worth $ 0.60, sixty cents, and a one tenthousandth (0.0001) is worth $ 0.06 or six cents.

This is changing all the time of course, but how about if we came up
with a name for at least some of these units or parts of Btcs? As it
stands now the Btc is too "big"; or rather 1 Btc is not a unit you
use in everyday commerce or thinking. And if Btc continues to rise in
value compared to the dollar it will be even more zeroes to count.
Nice for the ones who hold a lot, but confusing, difficult and
cumbersome and a hindrance to everyday usage for most people.

I can off hand suggest some handles or names for these smaller parts
of a Btc, like for one Btc maybe BigBit ot to make it short a 'Bit',
for a tenth of a Btc let's say a'Tit' (short for tenth of a Btc), for
a hundredth part a 'Hit', a one thousandth part a 'Tut' and for the
smallest unit, a tenthousandth part maybe a 'Mite' or a 'Mit' which
is a historical unit and will show that we are not totally ignorant
of monetary past!

I am sure others may have others and maybe better suggestions.
However my suggestion is in answer to someones complaint that the Btc
is hard to get a grip on, in more than one way, now as it has increased so much in value.

Anyhoo, Bitcoins and millibits will probably be the most used units pertaining to btc.
