I'm not an ICO investor so it's a no.

No. Since most of the ICOs that are pushing a project and they are putting their projects inline with an industry, innovation or upgrade most of them are the same.

Nothing new whether it's biotechnology, they are all using "blockchain" into their promotion.

That is not about biotechnology, for investing in a ico I rather look at token economy. A token of the roject related to biotech can be valuable or not .
