Is there a smartphone only mined coin

I would like to mine coins on the same terms as everyone else where early adopters get rewarded for

1) mining on low difficulty and miners are always on even times no matter how high the difficulty is
2) not who has the highest gpu hashing power
3) not who has the highest cpu hashing power

in other words get your smartphone ready download the miner and go, everyone has the same chance

Is there a coin like this.

Mining on a smartphone is extremely slow and drains the battery VERY fast so I don't think such a coin would be very practical.

A POS (Proof of Stake) coin would probably be your best bet. No hashing with those coins.
