Hi,

I am new it the cryptounivers and I have some questions about ICOs because everything is not clear. I hope some of you will be able to answer me.

1) If an ICO doesn't reach the objective fixed during the fundraising, what's happen? Do they keep coins  Embarrassed ? Refund its ?

2) How to make an ICO 100% sure to invest ? Going through a special agency ?

3) Do there is a website or something publishing all white paper? If no, where should be publish white paper?

4) When I heard ICO I think etherneum, is it possible to build an ICO on another blockchain ? Do you have some samples?

5) To create an ICO, wht do I need to do post-fundraising ? White paper, create Token (then people can invest), other essential things ? Optional ?

Thank you for your help guys!  Kiss
