Just noticed Newegg is offering package combos built specifically for cryptocurrency mining at the top of their supercombos page - http://www.newegg.com/DIY-PC-Combos/PromotionStore/ID-33 . This is excellent news for all of us home miners. Until newegg starts accepting Bitcoin payments, you can use https://www.joinsnapcard.com/ to pay quickly with BTC

I am in no way affiliated with either company, but have used both extensively.
There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

Their $2000 kit with 4 Radeon 7950s would make $10 a day mining.   3.5% a week is still not bad roi.  Better than the bank apr.  lol

Yeah, plus i just find it really awesome that they're not only testing the waters with BTC, but also planning specific packages to help support the blockchain. Love it.

Glad to see they are getting closer to a btc option but the prices are a little high.  I'd rather shop around, get better components, and save more $$.  Oh.. and the kit doesn't even come with risers?  smh
