Why, so you can spam the forum? If it's difficult for you to earn Merit, then you are not contributing.
For a very small fee you can upgrade your account to Copper Member, which gives you the ability to post in all the sub-forums that Legendary members have access to. You can also upload photos, and have a link in your signature. There's no need to buy an account, for much more than the copper upgrade, and risk being scammed.
