are they allowing BTC to be moved out of the site or is everything on hold?  They are accepting deposits as far as I am aware though.  That is so sketchy.

They are allowing BTC transfers between Mt Gox accounts. That is what we are using.

Simply explained this is how it works.
1. You cancel a pending withdrawal.
2. You buy BTC on Mt. Gox for the money.
3. You send the BTC you bought through Mt Gox to me.
4. I send you real BTC that you can sell on another exchange for the same amount that your original withdrawal was.

We can do step 3 and 4 several times, so you do not have to trust me with large amounts of money.
