As the name is the same as the smallest part of bitcoin and the name of the bitcoin founder/creator.
Also it has the same value of 1 satoshi's of bitcoin.
But it has a really big total volume compared to what bitcoin has.

This project must be a fork of existing blockchain with a dev selling premine. I personally don't think it's a good investment, every coin with big premine always have a risk of dumping unless premine is locked or trusted escrow holds it.
