Fiat or crypto betting in bear market?

It all depend on the betting site. If they receive payment in crypto without adjusting their price in fiat value then it is OK to gamble with crypto. But I doubt if most betting sites wouldnt adjust their prices

I think the price are fixed and there is no much different and adjustments in pricing in any betting sites.  I have not come across any sites that the betting price are different in both crypto and fiat.

I'll go also with those gamblers that chose fiat betting. I'm also very optimistic about bitcoin rising up very soon so I don't want to miss that moment that the current coin that I hold will increase.
I can survive to wait for that time until it comes rather than will go gamble with my precious coin and regret later after witnessing the price pump. I can endure the temptation to go gamble all in with crypto, I'll still gamble with crypto but it's minimal.

It looks like people now are really saving their crypto asset and wait for the bullish trend and didn't expend it due to the market crash. Just like me, previously I used my bitcoin to in betting and other gambling site but now I've realized that it is regrettable if you witness the market goes up but you don't have any fraction of bitcoin because all of them you have lost. I much prefer to used fiat in gambling as of now.

The market situation isn't ideal to gamble with bitcoin for holders but we have an option to gamble with other crypto's that we prefer to gamble with. Like those altcoins that are also accepted but with bitcoin I'm very minimalist to it for the meanwhile. But if you insist and you think that luck is ticking you, go ahead but do it minimal. We are minimizing those moments that we're going to regret that we gamble with crypto so think before gambling, there's nothing wrong whether you chose to go fiat betting or crypto betting. As long as you know what you do and understands the consequence of it.

Price equivalence won't vary with bitcoin as well with the fiat. People who prefer going with cryptocurrency on gambling will never look for the value in terms of USD. Most prefer to go upon bitcoin which will let to get good earning through when the market progress forward as cryptocurrency market is supposed to make difference periodically.

I will still choose digital currency compared to fiat. Despite the ever changing situation, I think that digital currencies have many advantages such as flexibility and security that are very good. besides that we also have a speed. one more thing that anonymous is important in gambling, personal information is safe because digital currencies have anonymous properties. so let's play gambling safely and comfortably using digital currency as the main media for financial transactions in gambling.

I'll choose crypto for betting. It's because it gives anonymity to me, thus I'll be comfortable without worrying. What I don't like in fiat is the process. The bank may know that you're using your bank account for gambling and if they found out that it's not registered, they might close your bank account.

We are situated in a bear market for some time and with a huge crash happened the past 2 weeks.

Do you guys keep betting with crypto and stack your crypto profits or do you prefer to switch to fiat betting and convert fiat winnings in crypto?
Me personally I love to bet on sports, fiat as well as on crypto platforms. However during the crash I switched to betting on fiat bookies for 90% of my bets.
Profits i make at this moment with fiat bookies i use to buy crypto cause of the cheap prices. those converted profits i deposit on crypto bookies and try to make some profits in crypto as well.


Don't know you share the same strategy or rather stick to fiat and/or crypto bookie as you usually do.

Fiat bookies aren't easily available and also their is always a constant risk of the government while betting on with centralised currency and this is what makes me stick with the decentralised currencies i.e cryptocurrencies always. Cryptocurrencies makes us feel safer and also the transactions goes much smoother so even in bear markets, i would prefer going with cryptocurrencies, but if you have any better bookie who can bet for you even with Fiat currency with a higher rate than you can surely go for it.

Betting in crypto helps me to accumulate a lot of  bitcoin or ethereum whenever I win a bet. I'm just concern about how i will be able to accumulate more of it...

We just need to be educated in order to make this things properly done.
Volatility is not a problem anymore if you are gambling because we already have a lot of stable coins, but it's good to gamble when the market is bearish because we can get a better value. As people get more educated about crypto, I am seeing more and more adoption to come in the long run.

You will be affected by it anyway.
First of all, your gambling session won't last a couple hours. You have to deposit funds, gamble, request your coins to be transferred back which can take hours at some casinos. Also, it's better to use your wallet first and not directly to an exchange, because some services in case of a stuck transaction or any other problems won't refund you unless you can provide ownership of the address. During that process the exchange rate can change by a lot. Also, you will have to pay fees each time you buy and sell your cryptos. I don't think that's worth the struggle.

People who prefer anonymous gambling would still use cryptos for betting regardless the market conditions. If someone is worried about the volatility of crypto, they can always take the advantage of using dollar pegged cryptocurrencies. By using them, they need not to worry about the market conditions. For me, I prefer playing with crypto than gambling with fiat money.

Basically the amount is same whether you calculate in fiat or crypto. The only difference is that crypto is easy to deposit and withdraw on betting sites while in order to deposit fiat you need to have credit cards etc which of course not everyone has.
I prefer bitcoins in gambling sites in both bear and bull market.
