Fiat or crypto betting in bear market?

Want your opinion on this guys.

We are situated in a bear market for some time and with a huge crash happened the past 2 weeks.

Do you guys keep betting with crypto and stack your crypto profits or do you prefer to switch to fiat betting and convert fiat winnings in crypto?
Me personally I love to bet on sports, fiat as well as on crypto platforms. However during the crash I switched to betting on fiat bookies for 90% of my bets.
Profits i make at this moment with fiat bookies i use to buy crypto cause of the cheap prices. those converted profits i deposit on crypto bookies and try to make some profits in crypto as well.


Don't know you share the same strategy or rather stick to fiat and/or crypto bookie as you usually do.

me neither. i only bet the BTC or other crypto that i bought with my profits.
Not gambling with crypto that i bought at a higher point. I think that could be  a good approach. If it is crypto bought at this moment its worth a gamble and try to increase crypto balance. Can be double profit IF market is going up again. And if i loose those bets than i only lost the crypto i bought from fiat profits. So no big deal

I can say that the red blood is not over yet , maybe the hell will be coming in Dec 2018

So my advice : only put your crypto fund that you can afford to loss and withdraw the others !

It is pretty obvious for most in the community that is in a bearish market they will keep on holding and any kind of selling if they are using cryptocurrency is a no for them and they consider gambling as a forbidden thing to do, But in the upcoming holiday season there are still gonna be needing to sell a little of their bitcoin to celebrate this holiday,

And if you are asking if there are still going to bet on cryptocurrency I really think that cryptocurrency betting is not an option, for now, maybe a lot of online gambling sites are in a loss of players right now, Well I think casinos are the same as always there will still be people playing with their fiat money and in crypto betting they will be a lesser players that will attempt to use bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies.

With no doubts it's better to play now with fiat considering the crisis in Crypto market. No one wants to play some Dice watching all his bankroll melting meanwhile because market's high volatility. However for many gamblers there is no option, they have to play with Crypto-Currency, as gambling is forbidden on their countries and everyone playing for fiat, even online, are being tracked by the authorities.

I still prefer crypto in gambling no matter what the price is and the situation we have. For most of the time when i'm playing, I'm setting my goal in number of btc. Like when the price goes up my goal is. 01btc, even the price goes down still my goal is the same. I don't depend on price so there's no used for me to be in fiat betting.

If I have an account for fiat bookies i'll definitely stick with it over crypto but since i'm not a fan of KYC I have to go with BTC bookies. Losing money when betting Bitcoin doesn't really bother me because I don't spend too much on gambling and i'm used to the price movements. At first you might not like it but eventually you'll get used to the short term swings.

Sometimes when i'm on a hot winning streak I withdraw a portion of my betting balance to another sportsbook so I can take advantage of their odds and live betting .

If you want to spend your winnings after you got it then you should convert it into fiat or just go play again and lose some of them.But swapping to fiat betting when the market is bearish doesn't make any sense because we are going to risk the same amount in fiat or crypto,if we win we can convert into fiat as soon as possible with ease so crypto betting is always best even when the market is bearish.

It is better to use crypto, and I prefer to use altcoin than bitcoin because the altcoin price now is too low so I can buy a lot of altcoin amoung and use some of the amounts for betting. I don't want to use bitcoin because I want to try to increase my bitcoin amount by trading and since the altcoin price does not increase yet, it is better to save bitcoin or use bitcoin for trading. But perhaps, this time we need to stop for a while and only watching the crypto price at the market and not doing gambling.

As most of you Guys state its Good Maybe even best to stick at fiat bookies. I am in the capability to legally register and play at fiat bookies. And i do not really care about the kyc procedure cause in spain we need kyc regulations for everything, except for taking a sh*t  

As for now i Will stick to fiat betting but i save my profits to Invest in crypto.

You can follow my thread on valuebetting. I am testing out software to proof that using valuebetting software can and is profitable in the long run. I steongly believe that Value betting can be approached as Some safe investment betting. Of course you Will occult down swings but overal you Will make profits.

That's the right thing to do, bloody market this year 2018 as the opposite for 2017.
It's alright, nothing to be alarm because crypto will stay for good, but if you are a gambler and you are regularly doing it, it should not affect
you since afterwards you can convert your bitcoin into fiat and the price downtrend is not consistent.

True. The same I am doing. I 100% switched to fiat bookies and save my profits to buy crypto at cheap rates and just wait for the market to stabilize and go up again

Myself Its very clear crypto to be the most important in gambling,exchange FIAT to become crypto then betting in various casinos or sports books.The bear market is not a problem for me while we gamble It's something very lucky if you win then grow the crypto Digits in wallet Waiting for bullish to sell so that your income is many times over.

My goal during this bear is to stock up as many crypto's as I can. But this didn't affected me much because I'm not an intensive gambler at this moment due to the very hectic schedule that I've got now.

If I were you, if I'm focused with crypto investments then I'll start to gamble with fiat and with the profits that I'll get that's the time that I'll start packing up and buying cheaper coins like bitcoin.

Nothing is different in what your strategy is and on betting directly with crypto. It should be no hasttle if you will bet directly with crypto than on a direct Fiat which you convert your winnings to Fiat because the same aspect was applied to that strategy.

As far as i know the gamblers are not too concerning about the price of crypto especially if they are feel comfortable gamble use crypto then it does not matter about that and if they want to gamble they are not really care if the price high or low and i think if someday the price deeper than now it does not change anything that they including me will always be gamble use crypto

I'm personally saving as much money as I can to buy crypto right now while prices are still low (and will likely go lower), so I'm keeping crypto gambling to a minimum and I'm going through the grueling process of KYC and gambling on fiat casinos right now, as I'd rather do that than spend the crypto I have right now. I bought BTC in at a very low price in 2015, so I'm not at a loss yet, but I'd still like to hold my coins in my cold wallets for the future, as I believe in the long-term success of cryptocurrency.

Especially the part where I said that I don't gamble BTC during the bear market was the important one.
