When most people first hear about Bitcoin, they usually think there is some way in which the peer-to-peer digital cash system could be hacked. This is nothing new in some ways, as many internet users have seen their Facebook, Twitter, or other social media accounts come under the control of a nefarious actor over the years.
Having said that, Bitcoin is built for security. Due to the large amount of monetary value that relies on the world’s most popular cryptocurrency, the developers who maintain the de facto reference client for the Bitcoin protocol are careful about any new changes that may be made.
I think Bitcoin depends On Open source.
The Power of Open Source
One of the main reasons Bitcoin is viewed as secure is due to the fact that the codebase behind the network is completely open source. Anyone who wants to join the Bitcoin network is able to do so in a completely open and incorruptible manner. New users are able to confirm, if they wish to do so, that the financial network works in the manner intended because they are able to verify the source code that they’re running on their home computers.

Of course, many users don’t actually verify the code related to their interactions on the Bitcoin blockchain. Most users simply purchase some bitcoin on an exchange like Coinbase rather than worry about operating their own full node.
But the point is that the option to run a full node to control one’s own digital financial sovereignty is always there through the use of open source software

I know in some occasions where exchanges got hacked by hakers to steal cryptocurrencies and in those scenarios the damage was very bad and the entire token holders had to bare the losses but hacking Bitcoin network seems like not realistic and many maybe tried and even trying at the moment but so far we can agree that it is not possible but know knows what will happen in the future

mostly what ever has on the web can be hacked because there is no vulnerable in web, but you can prevent it by using extra securities and like 2fa and other authenticator.

This to some people seems to be impossible, but there is a component that uses a piece of software besides Bitcoin's secure surfing network to spoof transactions. This has a huge impact. to investors and that is why people see bitcoin as a bankruptcy. Since we have not found a way to deal with fraudsters, hack. We need to be more careful.

You'd have to contribute around 3billion dollars constructing a specific server ranch to endeavor a 51% hash attack. If anyone did that it would destroy confidence in the asset and the heist wouldn't be worth any roi

Bitcoin is succeeding today because of its security, because of its encypted  peer to peer transaction i don't think it would be easy to really hack bitcoin, i have not even heard a single attack on bitcoin, u cant hack its AI, the only way hackers i think succeed to get some btc for them selves is by hacking an in secured Exchanger. for bitcoin mmmmmm no way.

I think it is impossible to hack bitcoin, as part of the block system of the system, or at least very difficult. And hacking a purse to store bitcoin, it will not be difficult for a team of strong hackers. Cheesy

It is not impossible, hacking Bitcoin is possible the only thing that stops this possibility is the fact that there are no powerful computer that can match up the hacking that will happen, I mean we need a powerful computer to hack the Blockchain or Bitcoin itself.

That is the reason why there are some questions like what will happen if Quantum Computers are now available to our world. What will happen to owners and investors of Bitcoin but I guess Bitcoin will be developed at that time so there will be no problem.

Bitcoin is known for its security since its code based and its exchanges is distributed and scrambled its extremely hard to hack bitcoin however programmers assaults on trades and different wallets and they take bitcoin from that stages yet at times we find out about hack the bitcoins from that trade then this is the certainly frighten us since its an innovation and it tends to be Breakable.

"Hacking Bitcoin" is a wrong term caused by the media as it is short news to look attractive, for example, "Bitcoin hacking: more than 1 Billion dollars lost" Although the correct news is "Bitcoin exchange platform hacking: more than 1 Billion dollars lost."

Bitcoin cannot be hacked because it is a peer to peer, but it is possible to hack trading platforms because it is like banks "third-party" that does this process. If hackers have access to the administrator's account, they will be able to send Bitcoin into them addresses.

There is no relation to the open source [ remember -----> Confido ICO 'exit scam': Founders disappear with $375,000 ]

Great point here bro! Bitcoin cannot be hacked but its storage can be. Large cruptocurrency exchanges had been hacked already. These hacking were once the cause of bitcoin price down. Bitcoin wallets can also be hacked. So far, these issues are still hanging in the cliff until exchanges and wallets are fully secured.

I thought Bitcoin hacking is impossible and I do think the same way but many say there wallet got hacked but those things has only happen to few people and the majority of people who use the Bitcoin network doing fine which means some are not following right practice during handling and using of Bitcoin wallets and the network and that gives hackers an opportunity to hack there wallets and get the tokens

I have read that the bitcoin network can not be hack, as hacking it requires all computer system upon which it runs, and these are in millions, that it's too expensive to take such adventure. Although individual wallets can be hacked if not properly secured or exposed due to compromised.
Security has been always an issue in the internet world so hacking bitcoin is not impossible. It's internet related so it's really possible to be steal from us. Well as long as we are taking care of our own account properly then we are assured of its safety. Nothing is impossible for those people who really wants to get something.

Yes hacking bitcoin is possible because they need only to get the information that they need. Actually hackers get first the trust of someone and they will use it to hack it

yes what you say is true, bitcoin hacking for now is impossible but it does not rule out the possibility, with the growing world of technology, and bitcoin does not develop its security system in the future there will be people who can hack bitcoin.

As far as I know. it is almost impossible to hack bitcoin. However, if attackers have more than 51% of all mining in one hand, bitcoin becomes vulnerable and this is a problem. By the way only a quantum computer could crack the wallets of the bitcoin brute force keys
