I have the need to contact Theymos or Cyrus outside of this forum, I was wondering if someone knows any way. The problem is that more than two months ago my account was hacked (see https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3652698.0), I successfully contacted Cyrus in a reasonable time (2 weeks) and he responded asking for additional info that I gave him, but seems that I'm not able to contact him or theymos anymore. I have signed message from all staked address and all the needed proofs, the only additional info asked is if i'm still in control of the original email, and in am. My theory is that they are filtering PMs and that they are not reading mine. I posted every two weeks and did never spam, now I will start to PM more often because I'm getting nervous about the lack of any response, but as said I fear they are not reading fore some reason (I suppose not intentionally but for some technical error). Any way to contact forum admins beside PMs? For example for legal reasons? |

Sorry to say but you stand very close to 0% chance of contacting them outside the forum.
For whatever reason there is a very long wait in recovering accounts that have been hacked. Best us to just sit back use this account until they reach you in the queue.

The problem is that they reached me, but for some I think unintentional reason I was skipped. But I suppose that when you manage a site there must be some ways to reach you, also for legal means, for example via email... |

I will not suggest to use this email for anything other than account recovery. Use of correct medium is very important to get reply from a busy person like him. |

Most of the cases, they replied very soon. theymos is replying to the other post. I have just seen the reply of theymos.I dont know, why is he not replying to your post/in your thread. We can't do anything, Only wait, wait and wait  |

I often see the main problem for them there is no response from theymos/Cyrus with a reply in their thread or PM reply.
and most members advise being patient.
I think this problem will not be solved if just rely on patience, theymos/Cyrus must give a real step and not let them with the bump their thread and PM.

I don't think they're being filtered but rather just ignored due to time constraints. Theymos hasn't being restoring accounts at all for some time it seems, but sadly, this also seems to be the same case with cyrus now. Unless one of them starts doing it more actively or someone else is given access to restore accounts then it's probably just not going to happen. You've probably got more chance of contacting him via PM to be honest. We can't do anything, Only wait, wait and wait Yep, all my dealings with both theymos, and cyrus have all be responded within 24 hours. I've probably interacted with theymos a little more than cyrus, but its always been within 24 hours. This obviously wasn't regarding account recovery though which require a investigation which is likely while there's currently a backlog. |

An investigation?
I blocked the account minutes after the hack, I have signed messages with a staked address and an address posted in 2013, I am still in control of the original email and I am not involved in any scam accusation. What further investigation is needed?

Only theymos, and cyrus know the exact methods used. However, they probably look at the account activity, and see if everything matches up. For example, if the credentials have changed before that could indicate a few things. cyrus in the past has stated that its not easy, and the investigation can take a lot of time up. |

That's ok, I think that my case should be very little controversial but ok, all I need is something like "we are making furter investigstions, ask again in 3 months". Now I feel like I'm totally ignored, not like a deep investigation is going on about my case |
