I never heard about them before, but looks like is web wallet and i don't know if they're legit or not.
Nothing that we can do for you, the one who can help you is their support. When you contact them? Maybe it need time to reply your email.

Oh, looks like this is better on web wallet section instead in here.
Edit : looks like already moved to right section

I did heard about this some time ago. Apparently they've been operating for a long time now though they're not popular as you may have guessed.
I can't really give a review since I haven't tried this. In general, web wallets sucks.

@Op, do you have your paper backup? If so, you should be fine. just use that if you get tired of waiting

In general, people should stop being idiots and use services which are quite famous and known around. I have never heard about the service either. If someone relies on a web wallet that is not on blockchain.com, they seriously need to reconsider their choices. Not that web wallets are secure but blockchain.com has a wide adoption and thus they have a good community support unlike 'strongcoin'. You see, people would be able to help him properly had his service known to a lot of folks.

This is not recommended site because the site is not too active check this twitter account https://twitter.com/strongcoin
There are few followers and that last tweet is last year also the g+ profile was last year active so it is not recommended to use their service.
So if you want to use a secured wallet better to use a wallet which is a well-known wallet and you can control over private keys like electrum wallet or bitcoin qt.

I have not heard of it before, but I have tried it now.
I do not think you need to confirm email to use it where it enabled me to create an address and get the private key without problems.
Since you get your private key, it's a wallet and can have some trust, but overall web wallets suck.
Also, there is a risk of closing your account and losing your coins if you have not saved your private key.
I have read several posts, and technical support seems to be inactive so do not expect a quick response.

First : Check your spam folder and try to get verification email after sometime don't expect a quick reply from them as they aren't quite popular and may be they only have few staffs to handle support tickets.

Second : Avoid using such web wallet and never trust any third party wallet with your bitcoin.

Third : Always make proper backup of your bitcoin wallet regardless of which type of wallet you use so that you can easily import your bitcoin to another wallet.

Fourth : Spend few hundred bucks to buy hardware wallets like ledger, trezor to store your coins and send/receive from it.
