Nowadays I am currently observing that most of the good bounties says

we audit using www.twitteraudit.com, a 30% score or higher disqualifies
or
we audit using www.twitteraudit.com, a 20% score or higher disqualifies
I cannot understand this. Can some one explain please?

Earlier it used to be somewhat like
we audit using www.twitteraudit.com, a 95% score or above is required
