If you are to be a bounty manager, How will you run the bounty campaign?

What campaigns can you include in your bounty program and the percentage for each of the campaigns.

Please I want to hear your thought so that our bounty managers will know the community minds and improve more on their services.

Thank you

I don't want to be a bounty manager and it's just a lot of task to do and it's not just about the salary you'll get but you must know how to take responsibility.

Are you an aspiring bounty manager?

If I'll be a bounty manager I'd definitely give more percentage on the social media part since there are lots of participants who are very much willing to join. The stakes to be given should be worthy for a 3 or 4 months time of promoting the ICO. The best thing to do is have an eth or btc to be sent in an escrow wallet making sure that if the project is a scam, the efforts of the bounty hunters won't go down the drain and still get paid. This is just my opinion though.  Grin

Just like any other manager, I think there are not many ways to run bounty, signatures bounty will count weekly post of each participant, with different stake for each level of participants, and maybe add some merit requirement to be eligible to join the campaign. Social Media campaign, as usual, different stake for different numbers of followers. But I think i will need assistant to manage the spreadsheet, and to check for weekly report by the participants.

the task of manager is counting each stake participant bounty. besides that a manager must follow every developer instruction , but sometimes a manager must have decision and suggestion to give solution to team about the project.

I prefer projects with educational or marketing platforms. but it's very difficult, and I do not want to be a manager.

the only thing that makes me and maybe all participants are nervous and worried is the token distribution process is very long. if I become a bounty manager, I will do my best to make the token distribution faster. or at least if there is a delay, I as bounty manager will give the official announcement and the exact date, so they are not worried. I sometimes encounter bounty managers who do not update the latest information about token distribution.

I think yahoo62278 and Lutpin are the best example of manager here in forum so try their service i'm sure they will promote your campaign to be popular in crypto still that's base in your project then if i'm a manager i will add faucets and trading site to promote my campaign then with just like a campaign of yahoo62278 and Lutpin because like me as a investor everytime i see a lot of project in faucets and trading site i do try that then there's a lot of users there
yahoo62278 is a good manager, but I do not like the rules, especially for signature campaigns. I have to make 25 posts every week, but he does not have a scam project.

what is the reason you choose manager yahoo6227? why do not you choose amazix team, tokensuite, artezzy, erickvand, or others?

Bounty managers should have an update weekly on the spreadsheets and any new announcements must be posted on the Ann thread. Bounty managers should also select the right ICO that are not scam and would not left in the middle of nowhere leaving the bounty hunters hope that they can be rewarded after the campaign.

If I were the bounty manager I would first make sure the campaign I am managing is legit. Too many scammy ICO campaigns are to be seen these days. I suppose some of the bounty managers are getting paid in advance to promote them and they don't care if the participants will be paid at the end of the campaign. Next I would not accept campaigns without an escrow fund set in advance, so that the bounty hunters can be 100% sure they are going to be paid. Then I would make sure the participants really contribute on the forum without spamming or copy/paste posting. This will eliminate the shitposters, and the quality posters will be rewarded even more. I don't think these rules are hard to impose. I think bounty managers are in a way responsible for making this place more spam free and the bounty hunters in their campaigns adequately rewarded for their efforts.

I would not change the rule in the middle of the game and I would not be stick to strict rules because intention is more important for me.

..if i am given the chance to become a bounty manager, first i will going to do is to make sure that the campaign that i am managing is 100% legit.I want to make my campaign a true and honest program so that i will gain more trust to those bounty hunters that want a legit bounty..then, i will going to make sure that there are funds settled for this campaign,,so that many bounty hunters will have the 100% assurance that they will be paid for their task. Then I will make sure that there are no spammers and scammers that will brake the rules of the campaign,,how would i do that?simply by checking manually and individually the reports of the bounty hunters. This is done in order to prevent any inevitable act that no one would lose what they were earn in their hard work.

Managing a bounty is a tough task. And many of them fails. Even the pros as aTriz, jamalaezaz couldn't keep their stance and went for quick profit and ultimately killed their own golden goose. And it's much difficult even to reach on their level.

I have a couple of ideas maybe, first would be to make sure that the people that are signing up are not doing so with multiple accounts. I wouldn't make people do too many posts per week as that can be a bit tasking. The again I wouldn't let junior members sign up, that is an easy way to make sure that the bounty campaign scams are not signing up.

Most bounties have the same different campaigns but the difference is very clear and that is management. If I will be a bounty manager, it would be better if you have the same technique communication with your participants for immediate response and resolution. Try to check this bounty managed by tokensuite. This group are very professional handling a campaign. Check one of their bounties at https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4610649.msg41625023
