Do you interest to invest short term or long term? I think you should try to invest in long term. Now crypto market is too risky so long term investment is badly needed to earn profit. You can invest your half amount in ETH and another half in waves and trx. Trade your own risk.

Don't use all your funds, just using $500 in early investment and keep $200 for backup or you can share as you want. Then if you dunno about spesific for trade, just invest in top 10 coins on cmc.

for now i prefer bitcoin for any hold or daily trading. bitcoin was the best for a past few months. since any other altcoins can't even keep up with bitcoin uptrend

You should not invest the ICO projects if you are just a newbie or don't have   experience in the cryptocurrency , now there are many projects are scam , you can lose all your money if you don't have knowlege . My advice is you should learn about cryptocurrency before investing .

i think that's very mainstream try another investment like joining the ICO crowdsale. there are many ICO crowdsale that provide good project.
