I started a small business, trying to establish it and my colleagues from the university  who can hardly eat are shy to come closer to me when they see me doing my businesses. But later they will be asking me for money. So I asked why they do not want to start something small whiles looking for the white colour job? Most of them tell me that they are so shy about people insulting them that after university, they are selling at the street.I just smile at them and move on.

Every people has different principles in life, so we don't blame it that's given. Actually small capital with hard effort  will bringing us into success. So "Principle" is the main reason why people don't start a small business.

unhappy when you think of them so. They are young and do not have much experience in life. The next time you meet them give them a chance if possible.

for university graduates wanting a white job, that's natural. because they may think useless after getting a degree from the university. but we need to think that college graduates have more skills and broader insights, so we can use those skills and insights to build a promising business. so we do not need to work for others in white jobs, because having a business has its own more profitable though small business.  if patient, diligent and apply the knowledge gained, sooner or later we will succeed in the business world.

There are so many competition nowadays and it is hard for a fresh graduate to find a good job if he will not exert extra effort in doing so. It is their pride kicking in that they would not want to be seen doing things not related to the course they have studied. They are thinking that they should be working for a job that they have studied but then it is the real world and grades don't matter that much anymore. They should be street smart and find other ways to make money. If they gained experience then they would be able too find a job suitable for them.

I am a graduate from a university that is reputable in my country. I once worked in several companies and I left the company to start a business, and now be grateful my small business is growing because of cryptocurrency. Step by step the income from cryptocurrency I save into business that I have.

What I fell, after leaving the university is a rational someone will be high, they rely heavily on prestige when choosing to work so they will try as best to work as desired. They will not see small things like cryptocurrency that can be used as a source of income, they only determine the outline of cryptocurrency will not support his life in the future.

I just though, what they do is only make themselves feel humiliated for not utilizing what has been there. They can not get out of the zone they've set, and being in the comfort zone will not make someone successful in the mass ahead.

It's such a shame, if people can push aside their ego then they can be successful, there are so many experiences that we xan get if we start early in our age, and who knows within the experience of selling things on street you can become entrepreneur, if you want to be successful you need determination, smart and brave, if you got chance then you should try a new thing everyday

The Graduates of this Generation have different views of earning or job employment, either they don't have a Start up Capital or just an Attitude problem, they may want a high paying job with less work input. Laziness is another thing, some of this young graduates are more dependent on their Parent assistant. some are not even prepared to take really hard working job. Lucky to for those who had exposed on how to earn money for a Business or Employment and have a general idea on how to earn and get the job.

Well if you ask me there are no shameful jobs and as long as you are earning your wages in an honest and respectable way no one is going to judge you on what you do for a living. So many successful people have started small and have changed a lot of different jobs before they found their true calling in life and became very good in their work. Some have no real university degrees and yet they can be highly valued specialists and get a nice paycheck while other graduates can't hold a position for long because they suck in their field. I think all the fresh graduates should join the workforce as soon as possible and if they want a better position elsewhere later on they could keep searching  for it in the meantime while still getting paid.

People think working in front of a computer wearing a formals as a pride thing but it is nit, actually it is like you are working as a slave for someone but if are starting a small business on your own then you can be the boss, you have full responsibility for your success and failure,I never shy to become start any kind if business and we need to work hard and get success in that field is what really matters.

Being an office worker is not so bad bro, at least we can pride that we are doing the legal thing to feed our life and family. It's not easy to run a small business, need experience, money, and lots of other things. And what if it fails, who will give us money to feed our mouth?  That's why many people aren't brave enough to run their own business.

My advice is only run your own business if you have a rational finance plan.

The general views of most graduates after leaving the university is to get employed by multinational companies without preparing for self reliance and self employment, well after been disappointed from getting a white collar job inferiority complex will set in thus they wouldn't want to start a small scale business.

Am impressed about how determined you are and trying to make it by own.For those lazy friends of your, ignore them and continue,we all build our destinies individually in this world and as time goes on people will be surprised about your success.Just hold on and push harder.

I think that after graduation, these graduates should have to look for a job since no job will come to you personally. You need to work for it inorder to acquire the desire to land for a job. However, due to many graduates and limited job offers, it is really hard to land a job. In the event that you need to earn, venturing into small business is good as long as it is legal. Now is the time for these unemployed people to earn profit even without a capital like joining into this signature bounty campaign or other bounties such as in FB, Youtube, twitter, reditt and others.

I think the unemployed graduates are shy when investing a small amount into cryptocurrency. Because most of these students do not have much money. I am also an unemployed student, and I am just investing more than $ 100 in Bitcoin

They're not shy instead they're are afraid of what will be the result because they have no knowledge of getting into a trade. If they have some ideas on what it's all about then I must sure they're gonna try it. Another reason is the lack of capital, they're unemployed so they have no sure money to use for some trade or small business so the best thing they have to do is to start from the bottom of crypto like reading and understanding the basic of it and try some ways to earn money without putting a capital.

Do you know that most of the top richest person in the world are from poor family, they didn't became to this level not by working for someone they achieved their status only from their business, for example Google was started in a small home with small capital but for now it is ruling the internet so it is not about how we start,it is about how much effort we are giving to make it better at any situation.
Or if you want a constant income throughout the life then better work under someone like a slave.

They do not even think of making a business that can help him with the requirement while he is applying. Maybe because he's shy about telling other people that "college graduates but just selling a bananaque" (example). You should not care about others. Lower your pride and do it to help your parents while you are looking for a job. Remember all those succesful people struggling with the difficult to  start being successful.

Most unemployed graduates shy to start a small trade because they have no stable jobs yet, they dont have a stable income. They dont get money with their jobs because they are still unemployed ot have no jobs. They are shy in starting a small trade because they are thinking that their money will just be scammed or just be hacked. We all know in the internet, there are criminals that dont stop doing crimes. That is why unemployed graduates dont trade.

What university did they study in, if their standards are so high and to only go for the white collar jobs? How much in student loans do they owe? I think getting the best job you can should be a priority to repay those loans quicky as possible.

With that said, did they go to a top university?

Some graduates has high hopes on a blue collar job but in reality the best way to make more money is by doing business. Most of the jobs opening are not related to the courses. I hope government will also regulated courses or do information drive.
