Are bounty hunters partners of an ICO project?

Some bounty managers show disrespect for bounty hunters that sometimes make me wonder if the bounty hunters are seen as part of the project or they are seen as people who are just in for the tokens.I think that bounty hunter are the first strong partners that every ICO can ever have.These people sacrifice their sleep to create contents so that they can promote the project for its success so that they can also get their rewards accordingly.

There are so many different hunters and so many different managers - it is just the matter how humanly you are. Some hunters are here just for money - they dont understand what coin are they advertising. Some managers are rude because of such hunters and so on.
And we all should try to understand each other to get maximum comfort from our collaboration

Agreed, and that is why there are some bounty managers who are quite wary of bounty hunter who are only in for a quick money as they are just sometimes spamming posts or violating bounty rules but there are also bounty manager who disrespect bounty hunters who provides quality content for them and that is where we should step in and report then to the admins as that is not good for the community of this forum.

Not necessarily. Bounty hunters just do the campaigns. Some join the team and invest but others are just helping them spread the ideas about the ICO.

responding from the bounty hunter that much it can increase the level of promotion in a project in the ICO, bounty hunter sometimes just looking for payment without knowing what project is developed, it causes sometimes there are managers who do not care about him

Bounty hunters are on a contract to advertise for the ICO project.
And it's the responsibility of both parties to abide by the rules of contract for it to continue.
As the bounty participants have no involvement in the decision making, there votes and opinions don't count, so they can't be considered a part of the project.

Yes, bounty hunters can become partners of an ICO project. Especially the hunters are making contents, spreading the exposure of the ICO project, and a lot more. So yes, I guess they are partners of an ICO project.

Not partners but a tool for successful project because bounty hunters helps to promote and spread words about the project. maybe managers are being rude to some bounty hunters who are also rude because I understand that managing a campaign is not an easy task too.

Here people are divided into 2 types, someone just hunts for tokens, and there is someone who studies the project, helps him to move forward, and if the project is good you can get free tokens and still participate in the ICO. But many people are simply looking for a freebie.

Bounty hunter does have an important role in the ICO project. Without Bounty Hunter the project holder will also not be able to achieve its target in a project. Who have a Project will also be overwhelmed to respond to every comment and question all bounty hunter.

The reward manager is the link between the ICO project and the bounty hunter. There is no reward manager. It will be difficult for the project party to promote the project. So they should be cooperative.

I agree with your opinion of mutual respect is the key to success, as our bounty hunters help promote their projects and as bounty hunters we just want to be respected and keep the promises they have made

Partnership is a signed deal between two parties, as a bounty hunter, you did not sign any deal with any one, you join the bounty freely and so will bear any consequence that comes out of it, mostly bounties have rules and if you follow the rules, you will be rewarded

Not just the managers treatment alone. Most projects even after successful completion of their ICO still don't like to pay the bounty hunters or even if they decide to pay, they slash the previous payout which was promised and some outrightly don't pay at all. It is so inhuman and very much uncalled for.

Yes, I agree with the subject thread regarding your opinion that bounty hunters are partners for an ICO project because they are the ones who wear's the ICO name and avatar. Bounty hunters had contributed to the success of an ICO spreading it's name on the crypto community and would likely reach to the investors thereby offered them information that perhaps make them consider investing to such ICO.

I totally agree with you. We as bounty hunters should be treated with respect and in somewhat partners of the ICO itself. Bounty hunters are essential for the success of an ICO. It plays a very vital role in success or failure of a particular project. Without us, there are no way to introduce their project all over the world and to everyone.

I guess being mutually professional towards each other is the best way forward for both the bounty managers and the bounty hunters. It is disrespectful for the managers to talk down on the hunters just as much as it is for the hunters to 'only care about the free money and not the tokens'

I, too, often faced with disrespect. But unfortunately nothing can be done . everything depends on the person .
