Bounty hunters don't always care even for the thoughts of what kind of project they advertise - they just want to earn .  And for each job you need to pay - so managers need to treat them with full responsibility of payment

Everything depends on understanding the sides. Ideally, bounty hunters are advertisers who are willing to take risks and advertise the company for the future. However, the sphere itself is now somewhat choked up and both sides often chase only profit. That is, bounty hunters start using multi accounts, which almost do not bring any effect to the project, and managers understand this and, naturally, do not show any respect even to honest participants. I think in the future some company will come up with an innovative way out of the situation)   Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

No doubt that bounty hunters should be one of the main partners of the ISO team, because we are promoting the project, making it better and recognizable. With the help of us new investors are attracted. Therefore, we must be respected.

Indeed, this is the reality no matter what the project is if there is a bounty hunter they are only there to help the project advertise and of course to receive the necessary rewards for their work. Bounty hunters is a partner of every ICO, technically but most of the time the bounty hunters are too greedy to participate on every bounty.

Hunters need to be respected, as they promote their word and deed this project .In my experience, many participants are also investors of this company, which they advertise

In my opinion, I dont think that we bounty hunters are part of an ico project. We are just helping them in promoting their project and we are paid for our work. But both bonuty hunters and managers should have respect for each other because all of us need respect in order to do our tasks well, and that is promoting the ico project.

Everyone has a different view of the reward manager's approach. First of all, I think bounty hunters must be involved in respecting the bounty rules. If the rules are not followed, it is understandable to receive disrespectful treatment. So bounty hunters and bounty managers should understand each other.

I think it's true that the reward thread is very helpful to the promotion of ICO project.
However, many bounty hunters do not receive due respect, which is a serious problem.

Will i think its not a partner. Because bounty hunter are only making or sharing the news of a ico so people will know on the ico. Because using bounty hunter or bounty is a good marketing strategies

I think if bounty hunters do their responsibilities properly and understand the ICO that followed it will not happen that way, and the role of bounty hunter in a project determines the success of the project. because many bounty hunters are only concerned with their pay but not serious in providing support for the project.

Some bounty managers show disrespect for bounty hunters that sometimes make me wonder if the bounty hunters are seen as part of the project or they are seen as people who are just in for the tokens.I think that bounty hunter are the first strong partners that every ICO can ever have. These people sacrifice their sleep to create contents so that they can promote the project for its success so that they can also get their rewards accordingly.

I agree with opinion bounty hunters is not part of an ICO project, they only promote the project. Partners is people/ institution have already replace their technology system or fund into project, without that we can't call them partners. Bounty hunters position is out side the ICO project and can be used to grow up audiences/ members and make people invest into ICO project.

To be honest, you are indirectly working for the project. So you wont be considered as an actual partner. Even these bounty managers are not even considered to be partners as they are just employed as well to promote the project and manage the bounty hunters.

The skill level of these bounty hunters vary a lot. Some just post and tweet random junk, especially ones that use bots. Writers are more respected, especially translators as it requires more skill

I want to clarify that I have met very diligent and respectful bounty managers so far, but I don't think anyone will see bounty hunters as partners, more as community managers, people in charge of marketing the project, more than anything to spread the word about the project and attract new investors, so we are paid with tokens, but if hodl tokens I think we would become investors too.

many managers do not give tokens to the bounty hunters, the manager does not appreciate the hard work that bounty hunters have done, why they cheat bounty hunters? .Bounty hunter is one of the most cost-effective advertising strategies, managers and developers should appreciate a bounty hunter effort for their ICO advancement.

may indeed can be said like that. because of the existence of this bounty hunter, then the project can help ICO in terms of promotion. This promotion will be very useful for the ICO to be able to get a lot of investors.

Bounty hunters not really a partner but a messenger or advertiser. I don't really think a bounty hunter can be much important to other project members. But bounty hunters still play a rule in making the project successful.  They are the one who promote and spreading the news about that project so that everyone will know. So in exchange to that bounty hunters should be respected too.

that's cause not all bounty hunter follow the rule from bounty manager. many of them spamming at ICO telegram channel saying "when exchange" "it's scam i'm not getting paid" etc, that in fact it destroy the project they promoted.
i've seen it many times, maybe they didn't read the rule at bounty page and complain at ICO channel.

Bounty hunters play significant part in promoting the ICO project. Yes it is true that bounty hunters are there to earn. And as the name implies, they are there for the rewards. But, remember before they can get the reward they need to help promote the ICO.

This is just normal. While bounty managers are just doing their job if they are very strict and seeing hunters don't understand what they are promoting.

Just need to understand both sides.

I think you are quite correct, bounty hunters are really part of the project because they play a very big role in promoting the project in their various promotion avenues, so I wonder why some bounty managers look down on bounty hunters when it comes to payment time.
