What happened: I bought a 100 usd amazon gift card (80% off, i paid 20 usd) and gave me one redeemed, after he sent it to me he bloqued me so i could not give him response, my fault because didn't see his reputation before the scam, but i want him banned anyway.

Additional Notes: you can see on the telegram screenshots that the last messages doesn't reach him, just after he asked for feedback and sent an email with a redeemed code, after that i sent him a mail asking him top check if the card was sold by him before and got no answer.

Interesting how you opted for going without escrow in chat. Anyway he is already negg'd. He won't get banned here until he breaks any posting or forum rules.

Actually, in the moment i didn't even know what escrow was, i'm from Chile, that kind of service is not of common knowledge here, it took me like two days just to buy bitcoins

There were several threads about this user being a scammer before,  I even saw another one yesterday. Just don't trust people right away. Searching about the user and feedbacks about the service he offers would have saved you from being scammed. Google gave several results about him when I searched "YoutubeTV bitcointalk trusted".
