ICO's are good in my opinion. It provides a platform for developers to raise funds and work on an idea. The problem is that some people abuse this and there are many who gets scammed.

I do not think that many new projects benefit the market. New money does not come, the new ICOs are invested by those investors who have already participated in other projects. Of course, there are single projects that are interesting, new and promising. But in most of all projects that appear are simply copies of others or simply useless.

That's true. A lot of ICOs are sadly all hype but there are still a few good ones out there that deserve funding and could still yield profit for investors. That said, ICOs are definitely worth investing in if we know how to pick the right ones with proper research and staying active in social platforms. If analyzed then an ICO has a negative impact and also a positive impact. When more and more ICOs can prove that many people are interested in the development of digital currencies. But on the one hand that sometimes when there are too many ICOs it can cause concern because at this time many ICOs are failing and it can automatically decrease people's confidence in digital currency.

An ICO should get a regulation because with this an ICO can be controlled. According to a market report, 82% of all the ICOs in 2017 were scams and less than 6% gave positive returns to the investors. If 2017 was that bad, then we can only imagine how bad can it be in 2018. Lack of regulations is the main problem and this is allowing the criminals to con investors.

A lot of projects have deceptive behavior right from the start, and as many as 95% of ICOs after ICO are not well developed and their development team disappears if the project gets a large amount of money. Personally, I am an investor in ICO projects so they understand the psychology of the developers and if the project gets a lot of money then they will spend the money on big exchanges then finish the project development.

Some ICOs may provide the best projects to the community some are not. However, we cannot say that every ICO may provide scam or even s***coins to their bounty hunters or to the investors. The need for an ICO is the way how we look the value on this community. The more projects the more opportunity for everyone to grow. Scams or un-sustained ICOs may not always be that way of failure; but, the need for us is to understand that they may provide the success that we need. Thus, instead of negative feedback, we must see this stuff as an opportunity.
