They are not only slow on responding into tickets yet they dont really answer at all in the very first place and this is where yobit is famous when it comes to their support.
Its possible that op did able to deposit on bulks or neither he is completely restricted because he might mess up on that troll box. Some of users do experience such restriction or block when they do mess up
