It depends on your current weight, your age, if you are a male or a female and also about the nutrition program that you are going to follow.

If you are a male under 25, do 3 times a week weight training plus 2/3 times a week cardio and you follow a proper diet, you will be losing a pound a week easy.

It is based on your current body. First, you have to discipline yourself on your diet then exercise regularly or go to gym.

I think it depends on how hard you are wiling to workout and your dedication level  I mean how many hours per day, your meal plan, sleeping time and much more things so according to my understanding you can do a considerable different in few months time if you do it right

6 to 8 months is a good enough number to keep in mind and aim for it.. Ofcourse, depending on your body type and the amount of effort your put in plus the diet - you might be able to achieve in as quickly as 4 months also - which is half the time

Lift weights do cardio.
Depending on how you look right now, if you do things right, in one year you could have a decent body.
The first year is the one where you progress the most.

Try to sport push-ups and jogging, that's my opinion is a mild exercise that is powerful enough to lose weight, if you want faster skinny again, then you should reduce the portion of the meal into 2 servings per day (without snacks)

Have a healthy lifestyle, eat healthy and work out. If you do not want to go to the gym do sports instead. Something that will keep you moving. Or if you have a gaming console, like a VR or Xbox, use it. There are a lot of apps you can play on that helps you get fit using virtual reality or xbox or sports.

You can not determine that precisely, it depends on many factors but most important are:
What you eat, you have to extremely careful about this.
How you exercise ( I recommend swimming + cardio )
How your body develops in these changes, each body has its own way of developing, you may require 6 months or 2 years to achieve the body you want.

Hit the gym, that's all you need. Gym instructors will help you get thw perfect body you so desire and if you are disciplined and stick to the right kind of dieting, you should get that banging body you so desire in no distant time.

All depends on your body condition now. In my experience, from my previous 80kg of weight, I practiced regularly in the gym for almost 1 year, and as a result I can lose my weight now up to 70kg.
