Well as we can see now on ethereum price it's hard to predict if ethereum will reach $2500 price maybe in the next few months but not this year because of a  continuous bearish market.

ETH will definitely rise again in the last quarter of this year. But the $ 2500 increase is unrealistic compared to the current market situation.

Still possible but I don't think your prediction is going to be real. In 2019 ETH may see a new All-time high with a new bull run. As you now our all time high 1400-1500 USD at the moment for ETH.
