I see the transaction has not been, "broadcast". How long am I going to have to wait due to the fact I failed to pay the transaction fee?
its been over 5 hours already and zero confirmations

Not sure about Anoncoin, but on Bitcoin I read it can take up to 3 days. Happened to me once, I waited only 6 hours though.
