I was able to sync but my sent coins have only 110 confirmations out of 200, it will take some time for full confirmation on cryptopia.

Close wallet, create backup of petrodollar folder, delete all except wallet.dat and petrodollar.conf, start wallet again and let it download the whole blockchain again. It will take several hrs.

yea i finally got it to sync but yobit wasnt giving an address saying there wasnt one available. weird.  I sent some test coin to cryptopia, we shall see how long it will take to get there

You should get no feedback after this command.

Original Utility was to be an Oil simulation and peg 1 XPD to 1000 barrels of oil based on supply of XPD and using XPD to replace and streamline Petrodollar markets.  Fulfillment of that would require 57,000$ per XPD today or about 5.7 BTC/XPD.

If my calculations are right it would be about .03 BTC per day assuming you are 99+% of the mining power.   Coinminers operator might have a more accurate answer for you

We can offer XPD to Venezuela, thay are going to start its own currency based on petrol.

Any indication that they would use any existing cryptos? Sounds to me like they want to create something on their own.
