Will Bitcoin hit 60,000$ by the end of 2018?

Julien Hosp, the co-founder and president of TenX, believes that the price of Bitcoin will possibly reach 60,000$ by the end of this year.

By being an investor for over a year, I have observed the pricing circle of BTC.

Last year, the price evolution started strongly from 12 August 2017 from ~ 2000$ and reached 20,000$ by the end of the year.



Will the history come back again this year?

My prediction is yes. How's about you?

I dont Think so. 60,000$ is too much for this year. But maybe 25,000 - 40, 000 $. Last year was 20,000$ if im not wrong.

yes:), very possible and I believe bitcoin will reach 60.000 $. some experts also say so, like Phillip Nunn, a renowned ICO and cryptocurrency expert, predicted that Bitcoin will fall as low as $ 6,000 and rise as high as $ 60,000. This prediction was initially made in January. Six months later, Nunn reassured the cryptoverse of his conviction that Bitcoin will sell as high as $ 60,000 this year.

The price of bitcoin continue to raise and it is a happy new. But I think it can not reach to $60,000 by the end of 2018.

Very much doubt itr will go that high, maybe back up to high teens low 20's outside chance 30k but no higher. Hope i'm wrong though. Maybe worth asking a bookmaker for the odds and having a fiat bet on the side.

I get a lot of Bitcoin price figures by the end of 2018. I think $ 30000 would be more reasonable.

I doubt it, I doubt that bitcoin will hit $60,000 at the end of the year, it's too high. In my opinion, it's possible that bitcoin may hit $20,000 again, but I doubt that it will be higher, but who knows? we can't predict the movement of the price. Bitcoin is still recovering from its recent loss, so I doubt that it will be higher than $20,000 - $30,000.

LOL, if price goes back to $20k and breaks it by the end of the year i assure you that $60k is going to be nothing. it will be reached within days of $20k fast and easy.

the problem is such rise won't happen in first place. the rise back to $20k will be a slow one then it will speed up. something like last time. price reached $1k slowly then speed up and suddenly exploded

The bitcoin drops a bit over a two-month period as I think the bitcoin will not increase over 60k
 because of the large amount of money needed to increase such prices and many people also can not afford to buy the price of bitcoin at that amount.

I'm not sure the bitcoin value by the end of this year will be that high.
Indeed is nothing wrong if everyone expects very high bitcoin values, but to reach $ 60,000, i think it will be very difficult, because its value is too high for bitcoin by the end of this year.
Maybe the $ 20,000 worth for bitcoin by the end of this year is very precise and i think it's been amazing for the growth of bitcoin grades which from year to year continue to show a significant improvement.

Well, I witnessed the elevation of the price of bitcoin last year, from the last quarter of the year 2017 the price of bitcoin became unpredictable because I was among the people who was predicting the price of bitcoin to hit $10,000 per bitcoin and the speed it uses to cross the $10,000 prediction to $20,000 per bitcoin became a surprise to everyone. But I doubt the price of bitcoin to hit $60,000 by the end of 2018.

I do not think that Bitcoin will even grow beyond 10,000 $ by the end of 2018 and that would be good.

To much short-term hype will endanger the long-term development. 2018 should be a year of consolidation where bitcoin and other altoins can prove that they are stable enough to maneuver through. This will create more trust and leads to wider adoption.

I believe only in 2019 / 2020 bitcoin will continue to grow significantly.


However, this is just my opinion and it is speculating on something which is nearly impossible to predict.

No I do not think bitcoin can hit $60,000 at the end of 2018.Bitcoin's price is down from a very long time now.It can grow but not to that level.Bitcoin's price depends on a number of factors.The forces of demand and supply play a very important role.If the demand is high then the price will rise and vice versa will happen if the demand falls.Bitcoin has also been banned in some nations so it is affecting its price.The amount of investments done in bitcoin also determines its price.

$ 60000 is a huge number, hopefully so. The current time of the rankings, the value of the BTC is still $ 7500. Hopefully by the end of 2018 the value of the BTC may be $ 20000 - $ 25000.
