I waited six weeks for some issue once upon a time. After that I decided my business was better taken elsewhere.
Considering who now owns them it's pretty disgusting how shonky they still are. It's been several months now and there's all this legacy account freezing bullshit and support still sounds pathetic. There's not even a bubble any more.
I expected it to be a shining example to every other exchange by now.
Looks like someone else might be holding them to account now -
https://cointelegraph.com/news/us-delaware-doj-reaches-out-to-poloniex-crypto-exchange-users-if-they-have-an-issuePoloniex fucked up, big time. I am surprised the US DoJ even did something here. There are so many people who want to file a class action lawsuit against poloniex for stealing their funds. At some point, I started to think that all exchanges are just online version of banks, which they are, hope is lost. I hardly exchanges now, including binance.
Some people waited 3 months and got an answer, but that's no good. I expected polo to have more support staff once, Circle acquired it, but that only made things worse. OP, did you hear back or not?
