Antminer Z9

Hello,
I've been thinking about buying Antminer for a while longer.
After my piggy bank now gives a little more, the question arises again and again what kind of model?
I've spent hours in Ebay, but I'm not conclusive what a model.

What do you think of the Z9? And the Z9 mini? What exactly is the difference?
