i use middlecoin.com with ati radeon xpress 200m and bfgminer. The speeds are usually between 130 Mh/s to 19 Gh/s. How long it takes to make 1 dollar if i mine 5-6 hours a day? So far here 3-4 days and I have not been paid.

bfgminer says: "no devices found press 'm' and '+' to add" but it works fine. Why it says that?

With those speeds you'll make anywhere between 1000$ to 10000$ a day!

You're trying to mine SHA-256 coins and connecting to Middlecoin which is a Scrypt based pool. In other words, you're grinding water right now.

Anyway, I wouldn't recommend you mine using a laptop and with that particular card being so old. If you insist, than you need to download cgminer 3.7.2 (or older) or sgminer 4.0 (and above), adjust the settings and see how it goes.
But honestly, you'll be wasting time and ruining the laptop.

This. That's a decade-old laptop GPU, there's no mining purpose you can set this laptop to that wouldn't be costing more in electricity than it returns, and there's a significant risk that you'll kill the laptop doing so.

Too unefficient, you would be paying more electricity then what you earn..
