I have stored some ETH on OKEX, being chinese origin, it appears shady, my fund does not appear when i log in to my account after some time away. THey also blocked based on my residence country.

However today I managed to login while travel and discovered no fund has remained except for < 10$ in BTC.
I copied my ETH address (I thought I stored some MITHRILL purchased using ETH however transaction is not there and not even recorded) and checked on etherscan.io and yes the fund is still there but it is just not shown on this shady exchange.

I e-mailed them but who knows when they will respond.

Meantime, I still have the 2FA key established when I initially setup the account and have address. Using this information, is it possible to transfer or restore this particular account on enother ERC20 compatible wallet? Thanks!

OKEX is an exchange, not a wallet, all private keys/addresses generated there belongs to them. It's not impossible to recover your funds using 2FA, email or anything else.
