I'll pm you my order details. UPDATE = for the one order that hasnt come through, i just received a letter from border force today, theres no option to return to sender, what am i supposed to do in this situation, especially as ive jsut made another order, is my address flagged? in which case the order i just places will be seized too....?

Sorry to hear about that! As we've mentioned in the ToS, the seizure rate in the UK is about 10% so it's totally expected (given the fact that you've ordered 6 times before). No worries about the flag - there's no such thing. The seizure risk is independent, so the order that is on its way will arrive with 90% probability. Please keep us updated.

No, you don't get fined for that. They'll simply ask you whether you want to pay the duty fee. If not, they'll either send it back to sender (that's not always an option) or "destroy" them.

I'm ordering cigs from dutyfree.io for more than a year an every time everything went smoothly. Last week I ordered 2 cartons but my order was never processed and there was no usual mail that payment was accepted. Tried to contact only, but no reply. Have someone made an order recently? Is everything went well?

Just emailed you back. Your order was processed as usual - if you log in and go to your account page you will see the status of each and every order you've placed on Dutyfree.io It's strange you haven't received an email notification though - looking into that now.

I'm ordering using a no-account route. I think it is reasonable to expect an answer to an email within day or two and not after a week. Anyway I'll update the thread whether I'll have received the package by the usual amount of time or not.

Your email dates 29 Apr and the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th of May were public holidays/weekend in our country, so it's more like a single business day delay, to be honest. What is not so reasonable, I think, is submitting complaints to hosting/CDN companies screaming "SCAAAM" especially given the fact you've ordered from us 28 (!!!) times before. No offence, perhaps you're having a bad day. So to respond, I'm not sure why you haven't received a confirmation email, but your order has been dispatched on the 29th of April and you should allow 2-3 weeks on average (I'm sure you know it) to receive it. Email confs work fine, just checked this.

I'd like to report the website, dutyfree.io whose owner is selling cigarettes. Up until recently the website has been serving it's purpose, however last week, when I tried to contact the owner about unprocessed order that was already payed, no response was given. It seems that owner of the mentioned website discontinued to provide services advertised on her website and I'd like to report a possible scamming activity. I've found that Cloudflare is providing network caching to the mentioned website so I'm asking you to consider discontinuing the service for www.dutyfree.io. Yeah, I'm interested as well

Honestly, I think you've been a bit "trigger happy" on filing a complaint, which can happen. We are all only human, after all. Do keep us updated on the progress of your order, but as Only said, it can take up to a few weeks. No reason to start worrying

Yeah, I happened to receive it the moment I turned my computer on - it happens, you know. And after I apologised for the late reply and gave you an update, you refused to withdraw the complaint and asked for your money back, and it's not even a week since the order has shipped. Don't understand why all the negativity after years of having your orders delivered on time and timely responses, but hey, I'm not angry or anything, just a bit surprised. Perhaps I should announce prolonged weekends in the future, just to avoid this kind of situations.

I think that you went too far, especially if you have ordered that many times before. I can understand the fact that you get annoyed by not receiving a reply for a few days, I would be as well, but taking it up to hosting/CDN companies goes way and way too far. In fact, I would deny you service from here on out. I don't want to know what happens if your package gets lost. But well, that is my opinion.
