Ubiatarplay scam: Let be unite to file a law case against them

The bounty program was played according to some choices of the bounty manager not shared with Ubiatarplay Sa.

Explain better, what are these choices? What exactly did he do wrong?

A spreadsheet has been issued without the permission of Ubiatarplay with incorrect, unverifiable and disproportionate data.

Actually to all of us the spreadsheets look quite good, with a correct ratio work done / reward, and all the final calculations reach the full amount of tokens so again, explain what's wrong and how it's possible that the data are unverifiable when everything is written in the bounty thread, week by week.

We are trying to solve problems on a case-by-case basis.

Why don't you want to solve this in a public way? Why keep separate every inquiry and problem of the bounty hunters? Why don't you want to solve this in a public and transparent way?

All work will be paid.

I'm sure he will not answer you. He avoids such questions and gives no specific answers. It's good that the table is public. If the table was closed, they would have deceived us. Many scammers do that. They would have paid 1/20 of the promised payments and said that this is the final payment. Very well that the manager published the table. This they did not sent for bloggers payment. If they also pay them only 5% like for participants in the signature, I am sure that all deceived bloggers will write articles and shoot a video that this project is fraudulent.

please explain how it’s possible that I got 33.4 tokens after doing the signature and Twitter bounty campaigns for 3 months. Thanks.

So I asked an explanation and I didn't get one, I don't know what those 33.4 tokens are (coincidence, it's exactly the 5% of what I was supposed to receive) and they are thanking me for sending "all the data". Does any of you see any data there? No. What does that mean? They don't even read the emails and just copy paste a text, that's all.

So, I decided to take a look at Ubiatar’s Telegram chat after I read that a user was chatting with their CEO, Francesco Raco, and he told him that now the bounty hunters’ request aren’t 12k, now they have increased to 20k!!

A quick recap:
- Before the bounty hunters are 12k
- Now they are 20k
- In the Telegram chat there are less than 13k subscribers
- In the old bounty spreadsheet there were less than 2k people.

So it’s easy to see that Ubiatar and their CEO are lying to everybody, probably they think to be very smart and have a very low consideration of other people’s intelligence…

After I took a look at their Telegram subscribers I found this:




















Those of course are just a part of the screenshots, there literally are hundreds or even thousands of deleted accounts and other accounts with Southeast Asia names without profile picture. So what does it mean? It means that all those accounts are fake and have been bought in packages just to increase the number of the subscribers in the chat, so they are trying to show a lot of people interested in their project when clearly many of them are fake.

This project just gets worse day by day, SCAMMERS!!

I have received the same mail. This project is 100% scam, they don't want to pay full for participants. They didn't check anything in the past few months.

And then, he probably forgets to log out or change the account and welcomes a new user asking if he's trying THEIR app:

Yesterday I sent a message to the Ubiatar's CEO, Francesco Raco, asking why they are faking the conversation in their Telegram chat since everybody knows that it's them, he blocked me right away and I'm banned from the chat.

These people are shit, they are a shame for the crypto world.
