He has oversold his two existing OPEN groupbuys by at least 5x and continues to collect (or at least attempt to) and now has the balls to open a third.

This guy is a fucking joke and the fact that he is permitted to start yet another train wreck is exactly what has been being discussed in here the past few days.

It's a disgrace.

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.
