I could help you depending on what you have so far.
1. By design, you mean only HTML/CSS right? No javaScript at all? Should the designs be mobile compatible?
2. Would you want a developer to use a framework like bootstrap or write their own?
3. Are the photoshop files ready so the code has to just code the designs?
4. What's your budget for this?

I am available for some work. I am an experienced front-end designer. I am proficient in HTML, CSS and Javascript (I Mainly code in JQUERY, BootStrap or NodeJS). I design with a mobile first approach, so responsive web design is standard. I utilize W3, Google, Font Awesome and particles as my main styling libraries and have no issue adding custom styling, as well.

I actually wanted to give him a chance to correct the design mistakes he made. Instead, he instantly jumped to insulting and name-calling.
