Darkwin is the bounty manager for both TEDCHAIN and HAMPORN.
Both profiles have the same location: Poland
Looks suspicious to me.

How is this not a scam? They used a fake photo for their CEO, also their whitepaper is plagiarized.
Hamporn just created a fake twitter account for Christophe and added him as a developer hahahah
