Im opening this thread to discuss CPU mining only coins

I was on time for the RVN at the very beginning when the rewards were about 5,000 almost daily,  for a week or so, before the difficulty went up, now is impossible to get anything with just the CPU need for sure a good GPU, nevertheless i got almost 145k RVNs. Not bad I guess.

Now im mining WTIPs very good rewards but for the same reason the price is not good 1 sat currently and no buys order to sell lol but the day will come hopefully.

I also tried with PURK at the very beginning but no luck never was able to get any rewards.

Do you guys now about any other good coin like these.

Thanks for starting the post for CPU mining.

I am also interested in CPU mining, i also tried mining few but hardly gets any reward.

Can anyone suggest, whats is the good system or laptop configurations/requirements for CPU mining in terms of hardware.

Please also suggest good mining options.

Additionally, if you're going to CPU mine on a desktop, make sure your heatsink is capable of dissipating the heat the your CPU is generating in the process of mining. If your case can fit one, there are cheap and effective tower heatsinks out there that do the job just fine, as well as lower-profile coolers, or you can even try to reapply thermal paste on a CPU if it's old- the paste will probably be crusty and not as useful if it is indeed old.

Also try to remove dust whenever possible with compressed air and a q-tip or cloth. Dust is a huge factor in temps.

have you tried reading this thread and some external websites for reference? I think this is still relevant:

but I doubt if CPU mining can cover your electricity costs.

You can try this site for the list of CPU mining coins http://cpucoinlist.com/
But I don't know which coin has the potential to become big in the future.
Just always mine them all and hold them for a long time and maybe you can make a huge profit when the coin time is come.

Solving blocks can't be solved without my rigs.

You are right about selling the coins right now, wont even pay for the electricity, but the idea is to find the new ones with a lot of potencial, good projects, start mining very early and then HOLD and hope for the price to go up.

The links posted are very useful tks!!

I have no idea about mine new coin. I'm currently mining XMG and have no options other than magi. Note: maybe you need free electricity for CPU mining.

I'm currently mining JSEcoin uses less than 10% of Idle CPU resource.
Rewards are distributed via a lottery system to the miners.

This is the only one coin I have ever found which can be mined without disturb our work. You just only need to leave it as single tab in a single window. Don't ever minimize it because miner will be stop.

Hey. If possible, lay out the links to the pool and the miner? Thank you.
