★ endersfallen's free escrow service ★

I am offering a free and safe escrow service. That means I can act as a 3rd party in transactions to make any deal on this forum easier.
All funds will be stored on a Trezor wallet. The recovery seed (words) have been encrypted and stored in a safe and fireproof place.

Terms:
  • Send bitcoins or altcoins ONLY to addresses signed by 19XYTGdU3kNmnTYeFdmadstZWCU6Z435xZ.
  • This is not a banking service. If the trade duration exceeds 30 days, I will take 1% of the escrowed amount every 15 days, effective after the initial 30 days period.
  • This is a free service, however the seller will receive the integral amount send by buyer, minus the transaction fee to forward the payment.

Code:
Buyer's contact information:
Buyer's refund address:
---
Seller's contact information:
Seller's address to send coins:
---
Amount to escrow:
Explain the trade in a few words:

  • Once your request has been received, I will contact the other party to confirm the transaction.
  • Both parties have to confirm the transaction before I ask buyer to send the payment to one of the labeled addresses below.
  • When the transactions is confirmed, I will inform seller that I have received the payment from buyer, so he can deliver.
  • When the buyer has received what he bought, then I will release the payment to seller.
  • In case of a dispute, I will ask both parties to provide elements backing their claims, to help me decide what to do.

Even though you more than likely are not a scammer, you're brand new and will need to establish some more credibility.

Not to take away from your service, but there are many others (myself included) who would be selected before you for any BTC transactions.

Nothing wrong with putting yourself out there.  I would suggest to the OP that if he wants to be an escrow agent, he needs to establish his account as being trustworthy first.  Maybe involve yourself in the community with your own projects so you have some "skin in the game" as they say.  If your account was valuable, and your reputation important to you, others might begin trusting you with their funds knowing that you have more to lose from pulling a scam then you have to gain.

Hey mate,
You will get red tag from the DT members. Have a look on my trust page, you will get idea.

PS: Not sure about your true intention however it won't get count.

You got a red tag because you offered an escrow service that was different from the original terms as required/requested by the original poster. You won't get a negative tag for offering escrow as your own standalone service.

But as @OgNasty has stated, it would be more beneficial to establish trust before being able to become a trusted escrow.

I'm a chattering animal, give me money.

Why exactly would anybody trust you with their funds? You are literally less trustworthy than 99.9% of members here.

You won't get a negative tag for offering escrow as your own standalone service.
Before I was showing my interest on this topic I had this idea that if I create a standalone service when I do not have some strong position in the community then may be DT will tag me. The reason of thinking like this was this topic: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3730174.0
Offering escrow services and the only trade history and money he has seemingly been trusted with is $50
I did not put focus on the rest though.

If you look at my profile and investigate my time on forum since I started then I could be forgiven for my naive act (I even withdrew my interest  almost immediately after seeing the response from hilari ) especially when I stated...
I am really not sure how the community will react on this thread since I am not near to a legendary or above, not very long with this community and never worked as an escrow before however I will give it a try and I will hope that community will see it as a fair interest since I am attaching my entire career and reputation with it.

I really don't have any idea about this "Marlon Rando offers escrow services with little to no trading history here" (did some google search but could not find any significant information) neither I had any bad intention.

When I am in doubt then I always try to clear my throat. A similar sample you can see here.
  • I am not sure if this kind of activities have anything to do with breaking the forum rules. If it really breaks any forum rule then please some reputable or knowledgeable members in the forum - let me know. Upon few feedback I will lock this topic.
This helps to correct me if I am doing anything wrong coz comparing to you lot, I am still very young on the forum.

Absolutely correct and my understanding was (before) that it's true for a standalone service topic.

Am I not  trying to be a part of the community since I started to understand the forum, question to BTCforJoe. Never mind to answer if you don't want to.
By the way, appreciate your feedback mate.

Be happy be at peace. Looking forward to BTC at $1M

I would rather send directly to a newbie than let you escrow.

Let me get this straight. You registered for bitcointalk and the very first thing you do is make a post offering your "escrow services"? Is this some kind of joke? You are by definition less reputable than anyone with even 2 posts unless you have a history of transactions that can be verified elsewhere.

Even though you more than likely are not a scammer, you're brand new and will need to establish some more credibility.

Not to take away from your service, but there are many others (myself included) who would be selected before you for any BTC transactions.

BOL to ya

He is more than likely to be a scammer... no one creates an account and offer escrow services on his very first post.
