If the Monarch did exist yet, lending you it for a month would totally negate any ROI it might possibly gain the owner.  Difficulty is going up so much, and price of BTC is going so low that these things are already totally and utterly useless, and they haven't even been made yet.

Dude, you're not really losing anything lol. You're bitcoin mining, not going to work at your office job. If you depend on bitcoin mining to survive (as I do, which is why i can't lend any bitcoin stuff out to anyone) then I'd understand. But if you already have other bitcoin hardware, and you're going to be OK without monarch, in that case you aren't losing anything, you're still making $1100 for nothing. That's stock price at least it will be for awhile. Alternatively you can go ahead and keep it and use it as a (fairly high end, it's a few years old. 7970 radeon, Phenom II x6 1100t 3.3ghz [6 core cpu]) gaming machine or a litecoin rig. You can make about 1 litecoin a week with it. So really, you're not losing anything if you already are well off and not scared about finance.

Here's how it will work. I give you the litecoin rig (i've only used it a couple of months. 2 months actually... and hardly ever used it for anything else) and you will make aproximately 25 bucks a week with what i have installed in it. So in one month you'll have a little over 100 bucks. But then the thing is I'll give you a 3rd of my earnings made from the monarch for that month! I need the other 2/3rds to just save up some quick cash, that's all. Then you get the card back and you get to keep the radeon/x6 pc, it's yours.

it's simple. Download the tails operating system and pick a p2p site of your choice for us to communicate on. Then i can give you specifics. Remember this is just a trade. There doesn't need to be a bitcoin transaction involved, until i make some money off your card for you which i can just send to a BTC address of your choice.

To make it more secure i can make a video that I can encrypt and send to you on the site. Showing my face, etc. Since you already know my bitcointalk S/N can't be hard to reprimand me if i don't live up to the deal.

So when the cards ship... ship it directly to me for one month. I suppose until it ships there isn't really a reason to worry too much about it.

They're not fakes. People have real pre-orders. But upon further investigation of BFL being convicted criminals who fuck their customers over, I suppose I will just continue to build upon my asicminer block erupter collection.

Certainly not me. I recieved a BFL product before, but lack of communication and terrible prices... I don't think i will try that again.
