So It might have Ethernet and it might use cgminer but it definetly has a web GUI for setup

It's great that you live so close and have been in contact.  I would love to save on shipping costs to bring the price to an even more profitable level!

Can you answer some additional questions for me since you have been in contact with the company you may know these things:

If it voids their terms of service to use the device for personal or non-business use does it also void the warranty if we buy through you?

Also could you explain why the domain is registered by the CEO?
