First, it is becoming more difficult to raise funds for ICOs during to high competitions from other ICOs, then the problem of exchange listing which can gulf a large chunk of the money realised from exchanges. Even when these are achieved, there is still the frequent challenge of investor dumping the coins to go for a fresh ICO and the process repeats itself. What do you think cn end this vicious cycle?

The free market will churn and churn until it finds a balance.  I think more time is what is necessary to even out this problem your talking about.  Also as the technology becomes stronger the knowledge to enter will become steeper thus slowing things down a bit as well.
