OK so I got 2 powerful pcs, One with x4 r9 290x (ASUS with a slight overclock) in crossfire + an i7 4960x at 5ghz stable ,
Then I have 3 evga gtx 780 ti classified kingpin edition ( with 400 mhz overclock on each) in sli + i7 3970x at 5.2 ghz stable
Would I be able to mine bitcoin solo( also got 4 IBM xseries servers dual xeons with 4 cpus each from 2010-if my 2 pcs arent enough, its for my friend) ?

You can mine. You won't mine anything.

not bitcoin, but you can look for other cryptos that have different PoW. upcoming ethereum might be interesting, but it's not decided which proof of work they'll use.

You can mine, but won't get much if any bitcoin. Alt-coins (litecoin for example) are doable.
