What companies/organizations make/made cards you can load with bitcoin and cash out for FIAT at an ATM?

I'll keep my eyes open if I know what they are, didnt know companies made cards you can load with btc, like from an exchange like poloinix, bittrex etc. gave cards you could just cashout?

Sounds really valuable, if you can give me any info/advice id really appreciate and I will def. keep an eye out if I know more.  I have access to some drops, and other things htat might be required to create/obtain such a card, just would like some more info about em if you dont mind sharing.
