it looks to me like an ico plattform for billionaires and superrich, to carry over their power and wealth into a decentralised financial market,

or in other words one can say the ultimate ripple creator.

in other words it looks to me like the super rich are gathering/accumulating salaryslaves and money earning cattle to build themselves a plattform for their supper fancy icos.

this could very likely backfire, as people might realise the scam.
