Our claims page will be online soon. We only validate your Bitcoin Address and Bitcoin balance against our snapshot (which we have taken on Aug 20th). We will not able to verify whether or not you are from USA.

So, in theory, somebody from USA can file a claim and receive our forked coins from us. When that happens, we are on the right side of the law.

Sorry, I overlooked your post. Our coin has clean and slim blockchain. Just like bitcoin, you pay transaction fees to send coins. In our case, the transaction fees are quite small like 0.00004. Our premine is low (0.1%). Please check our website and whitepaper

We don't have any app for Android or iOS yet. Only for Windows, Linux and Mac OS X. But we're working on getting app for mobile devices. This is a complicated process to get listed on mobile apps like Coinomi. Expensive too, because even mobile apps ask listing fees (just like Exchanges) these days!
