This message for moderator of this forum.

Im from Exchange company which is located in Kyiv Ukraine. https://microexchange.store/

We created an account on this forum for posting our rate changes on every day manner. This is it:  linstrin
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile

We perform it almost a year. We have there comments from the other user about our service.

Also we have account on LocalBitcoins where you can see comments about our service:
https://localbitcoins.com/accounts/profile/Micro_Exchange/

But one day we discover that message on our account:

Sorry linstrin, you are banned from posting or sending personal messages on this forum.
You have been banned by a forum moderator. You may appeal here: banappeals-w6pquw43@theymos.e4ward.com

Ok, we understand that this is mistake. We send appeal to that mail. Wait almost a month. No reply. Than we send it again. No any answer.
Than we text to the person (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=51173) who put us in untrusted member.

Quote from: ME_Local_Bit on April 13, 2018, 11:19:43 AM
Dear sir!
Tell me, please, why did you send "- trust" to user linstrin? You mentioned it like "Account used for phishing" , do you have any proof of this? There are a lot of clients who used their exchange service and they've posted a lot of good comments for linstrin.
Maybe you are wrong and can change it?
Could you please be so kind to reply to me, I want to understand your position.
Have a good day!

He reply:
Probably because someone reported a phishing PM he sent. Either way, the negative Trust feedback is meant to warn users who have already received PMs from him since his account is permanently banned.

We:
As I know, there was no phishing PMs sent from linstrin(I know those guys).
What they need to do, to fix this issue? Maybe you can help them with this of check their outbox to make it clear?
Will be really apreciate for your help.

He:
That's something up to the admins to handle. As far as I remember, I only issued both negative Trust and perma bans for phishing to those that had a phishing PM they sent reported. Since the PM report system shows me the PM, if it got reported, it got sent to the user that reported it.

TBH, he should consider his account gone.

What kind of system BitcoinTalk forum using, that they cannot chek outbox of Linstrin and see, that there was no any Phishing message send!?
Hope that between moderators still have some people who are want to make that forum best forum all over the Crypto world.
And stop banning good project without understanding of situation!

The limited number of exchange services working with fiat money doesn’t keep up with the rapid growth of the crypto market. So Micro Exchange aims to bring a reliable exchange service of exceptional quality to the sphere.

I just searched 'linstrin' in my private messages and there's four reports from different users reporting a phishing message that account sent them, so that's why.

We are not deleted any message from our Outbox and also you can check those four users inbox PM, and im sure that there is nothing from Linstrin account. We are clear company with all our customers and it looks like its some kind of order from our competitors. Please sir be so kind and check any related information with this case. This is really important for us, cause we are long term company.

I can't check that account's outbox, but I can tell you for a fact at least four were sent. There was possibly more that didn't get reported. You probably downloaded malware that sent them and maybe the malware removes the evidence once the messages are sent.

Sir. We even dont know what is it malware. But this is not important. As you say, maybe I have delete evidence. How can I delete messeges from those four user inbox messages? Kindly ask you, check there incoming message box. There is nothing from Linstrin account! We sure!
Thanks.

P.S. Question for the community. What do you think, is it ok to ban any body without evidence?

There is evidence. At least four pieces of it. You were banned because of that evidence. We don't just ban people for nothing. Whether you want to accept it or not it is a fact that the account was sending phishing links.

The reason to ban "Linstrin" is that the user "ChipMixer" send to you messege in which he say (without any skreenshot) that "Linstrin" send him the link!? But this is not the evidence!
And how this link https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2591623.0 can be connected with Linstrin?
When you say that something is Fact, im sure that it is.
But when there Fault Ban on BitcoinTalk, this is the Fact of problem with youre system.

Kindly ask you. Please, chek the inbox of Chipmixer https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1003345
Im sure that he should be the one who need to be banned for the Fault Ban of Linstrin.
And thouse three person also need to be checked.

Should the OP be tagged negative trust as well for sending out the phishing links on his other account?

Roll Eyes Chipmixer, plus three separate other accounts reported the same PMs. It's a reported message and you can only report them that way once they're sent. A screenshot wouldn't be accepted anyway because it could be faked but a reported message can't be faked to Staff. The link directs to a phishing site. There's really nothing to argue here and you need to accept the ban because it is a fact that the account was sending multiple phishing links whether you want to be in denial about it or not.

Should the OP be tagged negative trust as well for sending out the phishing links on his other account?

I don't think so but that's up to you. The account was probably just infected somehow.

Bitcointalk (and possibly other forums based on SMF 1.X) has a PM reporting system. A user can click the "Report to Admin" link on the bottom right side of the PM and said PM will be reported to the admins and / or global mods he selected. As you can see in one of hilariousandco's previous posts in this thread, said report arrives via PM. It isn't sent by a specific user but by the automatic, forum-managed guest account "Bitcoin Forum" (the same one that sends out post deletion notifications). This report contains the reporter's username, report's text, the exact undoctored and 100% authentic quoted PM and sometimes other info. Said quote, as all full PM quotes contains the date and time, username and the link to the user's profile. So, if someone reported a phishing PM via this system, said PM was 100% absolutely no doubt sent from that account.

The outbox isn't proof that your account didn't send the message. You can opt out of saving a sent PM to outbox. The URL in the PM isn't to a Bitcointalk page - the text is while the URL is actually leading to a phishing page prompting a user to "login". You can claim that you never sent the account but unless reality suddenly shifted or you managed to find a massive bug in an actively used part of an incredibly popular forum software package that Bitcointalk (and probably many other forums) has (have) been using for years, your account did send that message and got banned for it.

Just cause you don't understand how the reporting system works, doesn't mean it's not proof.

As you can see, that the previus messeges in Linstrin account was connected with exchange and trading bot only. But on the morning of one shining spring day, acount become banned.
For us it was surprise why!? And only now we see what was send and to who. Now we sure that our account was affected. How some body get to our account, we cant amagine. Our password is 25 simbols long and consists of letters both registers and numbers.
Ok. What the reason to wright "You can appeal"? If im not )) Cry
Or to whom i can appeal?

How can we solve it?

Thank you. Now I know that the problem is not in the system.
