Trying to BIOS mod a batch of new cards (asrock 570 8gb). Saved the original bios, so far so good. Then use the polaris one click bios mod and saved the modded which went also fine. However, when I tried to flash with ATIflash it says "error reading from ROM". Now naturally I just did the whole thing again, only find out my newly saved original roms cant be read by the polaris bios mod (error: This BIOS is non standard size. Flashing this BIOS may corrupt your graphics card) NOR I can flash the original in ATIflash (says error reading from ROM). With the card itself is nothing wrong, it still does fine at 28.3mhs, but this is the unmodded hashrate.

Anyone any idea?

Already did the following:
- Pixel patcher, reboot
- Clean install drivers
- Moved from riser to 16x slot

Use DOS version of atiwinflash, using comand -p and do not use -f this can damage your card.

No switch unfortunately. Tried different versions and even another card (RX570 4gb ASUS). Same issues.

Try saving your original BIOS using GPU-Z and then try to mod it.

In tech powerup website you can find the Stock bios for any of the RX Series card. Your roms should not be 0 rather should be 256 kb. Get a stock bios from here https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/191598/asus-rx570-4096-170327

Do the same procedure as you have already done after trying to reinstall this stock Bios. If the problem persist, check your cards, as you may have unfortunately bricked the bios (much less likely I hope).
