It means all above applicants were rejected ? Why you cannot state that here ?

1. You asked people to apply and wear sig. well before confirming the start of a campaign (at least in one of your camp). Just to give free advertisement.

2. You never give a time frame for selecting/rejecting applicants, it means you enforce applicants to wear sig/avatar infinitely for the reason giving free advertisements ?

What to do, a highly paying sig campaign is being managed by ill-mannered manager.

Most likely mate, jeremypwr has his own style of selecting participants.

That rule does not apply in this campaign, you can wear then apply or you can apply and just wear when you are accepted.
