We're happy to announce the release of 2ACoin v1.1.4 is now available on GitHub - https://github.com/2acoin/2acoin/releases/latest

The latest release includes;

• Added support for LWMA-3 (to be activated @ block 200,000)
• Removed legacy code that is not used anymore
• Added CN Soft Shell support (coming soon as CN-ARMOR)
• Updated the CLI & Config file parsing in all binaries to remove Boost dependency
• Added a Project header that displays not only the ASCII Art but also relevant version, license, and copyright information when launching all binaries
• Upgraded the entire project based on the C++17 standards

This release is a mandatory release for all users. Please upgrade your software before block 200,000.
At block 200,00 we will implement LWMA-3 (Difficulty Algorithm) with a soft fork of the software.

2ACoin announces 2019 Timeline for ATF Form 4473 (Firearms Transfer) in ARMS Blockchain

The 2ACoin DEV's met last week to discuss the direction we want to take for the 2ACoin Blockchain. The following timeline highlights upcoming features; 

We are extremely excited to announce the culmination of last week's DEV meetings. The 2ACoin team has defined the direction they wish to take 2ACoin for 2019.
As you can see from the timeline we have some GREAT features coming out in the next few releases of 2ACoin which include;

• CN_ARMOR - this is our ASIC resistant blockchain implementation that will support CPU/GPU mining for 2ACoin ARMS
• FFL ATF Form 4473 - the future 2ACoin blockchain will support the recording of the ATF Firearms Transfer Records 
• FFL App - this application will support the seamless integration of FFL ATF Form 4473 information submission to the 2ACoin blockchain
• and more....

There are some very exciting features in-store for 2ACoin. The above is just the tip of the iceberg!

• Removal of dead code paths
• CN_ARMOR components for upcoming release
• Addition of new libraries
•   - WalletBackend - replacement for WalletGreen
•   - Nigel - The JSON package that replaces NodeRPCProxy between WalletBackend, zedwallet-beta and wallet-api
• Addition of new binaries
•   - zedwallet-beta - Upgraded zedwallet using the new WalletBackend
•   - wallet-api - Upgraded 2acoin-service using the new WalletBackend now with RESTful API call

We're in the final stages of testing for this release. We'll provide more details as the release date gets closer.
