Yeah. I think it is kinda problem. You cannot guarantee the safety of hiring process. There can be mistake in the algorithm or something like it. |

I think one day, it will be able to replace the Human Recourse Department from their job, since today, an AI already able to makes any kind of selection for new worker/employee.
This way the HRD won't be needed anymore.
